VERY cool!
Thanks for posting!
Best job in the army.
best legal advice. never answer any questions without a lawyer pertaining to the law.
what is a secret security clarence? and can you travel overseas in this field?
they check your criminal and financial background to see if you have a reputable character and to make sure that you pose no security risk to secret information
@Nightmonkey17 how so thinkin about reclassing so im lookin for another job
Tell me about it. I am thinking about reclassing in December. It will be the end of my sixth year.
its a clearence pass that allows to access to certain areas and certain information of the goverment. they have a few different levels but the more in depth your MOS is with classified things like soldier files and military plans your level has to be higher. having any kind of criminal civilian record will lower your chances and clearence availability
Great video
Worst job in the Army….
basically attorney’s right hand or assistant.
it means your a Lawyer, aka JAGS.
i’m not too sure on how great this job is, but i know several JAGS in the Navy and Army, and they all seem to like it.
gay
What are the requirements?
Sooo many people bashing on the paralegal profession.
Let me put it this way. Paralegals are the enlisted side of the JAG Corps. They serve as a judge advocate (military lawyer)’s assistant. They are the soldier behind the scenes, that does the research, files the files, provides legal information, and always makes sure there’s a fresh pot of coffee.
I’ve been a paralegal since FEB 2007, and I plan to do it until I retire. I enjoy it. Unlike a lot of MOS’s, you do something difference daily.
If anyone has questions about this MOS, or about the Army, feel free to PM me and I will answer to the best of my ability. Or shoot an email to welsknight@gmail.com
@heedless619 The requirements that your security clearance application is approved (basically, no major record, no major debt, stuff like that… secret clearance is not that hard to get). You have to meet the Army’s physical standards (height/weight, etc.). I believe this MOS requires an ASVAB score of 65 (although I’m not positive on that one… check with a recruiter). And you have to graduate from BCT/AIT. That’s about it. If I could do it at age 17. you should be able to do it. Good luck.
