What is the difference in training received in a Paralegal Study vs Juris Doctrate?

I am interested in obtaining my Juris Doctrate, but,in the meanwhile, while obtaining my Bachelors,I am interested in taking a Paralegal Associates online.I am wondering if there is any similarity in what you learn in a Paralegal Course,vs what you learn while obtaining your Juris Doctrate.
Can anyone outline what the main courses/classes are in each field of study.
If possible, include the names of the text books used in each course.

Law school gives you a lot of legal theory, a lot of how to analyze court cases. I’m not sure about a paralegal course, I suspect it tries to give you more practical skills. I also suspect some of them may overlap a lot with secretarial skills courses. The only real advantage of your plan is it might help land good summer jobs in the law, and might help you know what you are doing during those summer jobs.

Remember, Pre-Law, Political Science, and Criminal Justice majors are NOT necessary to get into law school.
