How can I find an entry-level paralegal position that doesn't require 2-5 years of experience?

Most jobs require 2-5 years’ worth of solid experience in the field, and I will need on-the-job training. My paralegal certificate courses teach theory, and not practical experience.

You might need to start as an intern. Check with firms or gov. offices in your area and see if anyone might be looking for an intern. It’s a great way to get your foot in the door and to get that experience so many firms require.
